Three Ways to Work with Me
• In-Home Training: Making the trek to an outside gym isn't always feasible for everyone. In-home training in the comfort and privacy of your home, provides you with added convenience (and one less excuse).
• Residential Gym Training: If your building has a formal gym, minimal effort is needed to access it, which reduces the initial effort required to start a new activity.
• Aquatic Personal Training; Do you have access to a pool? If you want to get in shape safely and quickly, ask me about aquatic personal training. Aquatic workouts workouts don’t stress your knees, joints or back, are designed to increase your balance and flexibility, and you don’t even have to know how to swim!
