Personal Training
PROnatal Fitness™ offers in-home personal training for women trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum. All sessions start with a complimentary in-person consultation to do basic assessments and get a better understanding of your body’s needs, as well as your goals, preferences, and any other information necessary to design a safe, enjoyable, and effective workout for you.
Workouts combine appropriate cardio conditioning, strength training, and proper core training, and incorporate input from fitness, health, and medical experts. Training sessions take place at the location of your choosing -- in your home, building gym, outside, etc.
