My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventative healthcare. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them implement lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I hold a B.S. from University of Maryland, am a classically trained ballet dancer, and trained in Barre Method. I'm a regular guest speaker on various radio and cable television shows, and lead nutrition lectures and events in NYC.
